The tenure of the contract is up to 6 years. Salary is payed according to the German public employment scale (13 TV-L, gross salary 26.000-38.000 €).

You qualify as ideal candidate if you hold a PhD in Agricultural Sciences with a major in Animal Breeding or a closely related discipline and have experience in research and development in tropical or subtropical countries. You are knowladgable in data management and statistics. You demonstrate good English and German communication skills (both written and oral) and like to work in a multicultural team.
